With over a decade of experience, I have guided global enterprises through successful international expansions by delivering transparent, strategic, and premium services that drive sustainable growth. Born and raised in Tijuana, Mexico, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and bring a cross-border perspective shaped by my binational upbringing.
As a TEDx Speaker, speaker at Startup San Diego—one of the region’s most active technology communities—Forbes Finance Council contributor, university lecturer, and mentor to corporations and startups, I am committed to driving innovation and growth. I am also an active leader in elite networks, serving on the Steering Committee of the CFO Leadership Council, as a member of ProVisors, and as a member of Tijuana EDC and CANIETI (Mexico’s premier Technology Chamber).
My career spans startups, established corporations, and IPO-stage companies, where I have partnered with CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs to deliver results across industries. Fluent in multiple business languages, I leverage my industry-agnostic expertise to bridge opportunities worldwide.

Óscar Culebro hails from Tijuana, Baja California. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Human Resources from CETYS University, and a Master’s degree in Executive Management from IPADE Business School in Mexico City.
With over 18 years of experience in the business world, he currently serves as the Co-Founder, President and Chief Strategy Officer of Thriver, Consulting Partners. His extensive career in the sector has been instrumental in driving the growth and development of various organizations.
In addition to his professional achievements, Óscar has demonstrated a strong commitment to social responsibility. From 2014 to 2018, he served as a Counselor for the Social Responsibility Commission of the Human Resources Association. He has also been a Counselor for the Tijuana Chapter of the Red Cross, actively participating in community support initiatives.
Gama Rodriguezwas born in Chula Vista, California, and has lived in both Tijuana and San Diego throughout his life — truly a cross-border individual. He brings over 20 years of experience in Banking and Wealth Management, having worked with respected institutions such as Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, and Taylor Financial Services.
Throughout his career, Gama has consistently built and nurtured strong relationships, exceeding goals by focusing on trust, collaboration, and connection. His ability to foster lasting bonds with both clients and teammates has been a driving force behind his success. Gama’s unwavering commitment to doing the right thing and delivering quality results has made a lasting difference in every role he’s taken on.
Iriana Rodríguez is the Co-founder, Chief Operations Officer (COO), and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of Thriver Consulting Partners. With over 14 years of experience in the legal and strategy fields, Iriana has established herself as a prominent figure in the industry. She began her career as an associate at GIN Group, the largest outsourcing company in Mexico, where she honed her skills in managing complex legal and strategic operations.
Currently, Iriana is a partner at GSE Mexico, where she continues to leverage her expertise to drive business growth and innovation. Her ability to build strong relationships with top Mexican entrepreneurs has been instrumental in managing their wealth and reducing operational costs through cutting-edge risk mitigation services.
Iriana’s role in ensuring compliance and risk mitigation is central to her professional achievements. She has successfully navigated the complexities of tariffs, trade work, and collaboration with worldwide companies to ensure compliance with international regulations.
