Hello, I am Milena! A few years ago, I made one of the boldest decisions of my life, I packed my world into two suitcases and stepped into the unknown, leaving behind the familiar to embrace a new adventure in Canada. I arrived with no knowledge of the culture, lifestyle, or language, but with a heart full of ambition and resilience.
Coming from Colombia, where I had built a career as an entrepreneur, I found myself starting over from scratch. Instead of seeing this as a setback, I saw it as an opportunity, an opportunity to grow, to learn, and to reinvent myself. I immersed myself in this new chapter, embracing the challenges, adapting with determination, and ultimately returning to university in Vancouver, BC, to expand my expertise. I merged my passion for Marketing and Business with Human Resources and Emotional Intelligence Coaching, realizing that success isn’t just about strategy, it’s about people.
As an entrepreneur, I’ve learned that success is rooted in strong relationships, with clients, employees, and industry partners. Collaboration, trust, and communication are the foundation of thriving businesses, with my knowledge and experience, I felt the call to start again, not just for myself, but for others. I founded PRH – Peoples’ Resource Hub with a vision to transform workplaces into thriving, people-centered environments. My goal is to enrich lives, empower businesses, and redefine the way we work, because when people flourish, organizations succeed.
